Art beat of (resilience) is my library of visual interpretations of risk and resilience literature. My main project is the Hazard Information Pictures, but I have also illustrated the Uk’s Chronic risk analysis, aspects of the JESIP joint doctrine, and I’m making my way through https://prepare.campaign.gov.uk, to make it more colourful, and visually appealing to those who visit. Through my other accounts (Waste wizard doodles) I provide similarly engaging outreach material focused on waste and environmental management.

I am now looking for support to help take these projects further. In particular, I am interested in grant funding, commissions, and introductions to organisations and audiences working in disaster risk reduction, resilience, education, and public engagement.

Support would help me to grow the library of material I have, further develop the website, and create stronger opportunities for the work to inform and inspire wider conversations around hazard awareness and communication.

I am especially keen to connect with influential audiences, including networks and organisations such as the UNDRR, as well as others who are interested in innovative ways to communicate hazard information.
